Save the completed form to your computer.

(Later, after you complete step 2, you will attach the completed form to an email you’ll send to me.)

Step 2: Take your Facial Analysis Photos

Take your photos.

Optionally, sign and return the photo consent form which gives me permission to share your photos with my colleague and mentor for support creating the best protocol for you.

Step 3: Send your form and photos to Jennelle

Attach your (1) Mineral Deficiency Analysis Form and (2) Facial Analysis Photos and (3) optional photo consent form to an email and send to jennelle@relaxintolife.org.

Note: If you’d prefer to print and write on the form and deliver them by hand or by snail mail, or if you need help taking your facial diagnosis photos, just let me know! I’m happy to assist you.

Step 4: Book your Cell Salts Knowledge Share Session

Find a time on my calendar that works for you. The Knowledge Share is $125, and the cell salts will be available in addition. Most people take 2-5 cell salt combinations, and a month’s supply of all you need is between $40 and $100 in most cases.
