Terms and Agreements
An appointment is time reserved especially for you.
Late Arrivals and No Show Appointments: Additional time will not be allotted for late arrivals, and payment for no-show appointments will be due in full.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by using the buttons at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you may choose from the following options:
Contact me about sending a family member or friend who has worked with me before
Contact me about transferring your in-person session to a remote Biofield Tuning Session.
Pay the full amount for the missed session.
Payment: I accept cash, check, and major credit cards. You may prepay for your session online, or choose to pay at the time of your session.
Children Under 16: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless other arrangements have been made.
Communication: My preferred channel of communication is by email.
Emergency Cancellations: If Viroqua Area Schools are cancelled due to weather or road conditions, I may also close for the day to ensure our safety on the roads. I will be in contact with you if I decide to reschedule due to my illness or the weather.
Informed Consent
Prior to beginning treatment, I will take a health history. As we go forward, please update me to any health, medical, or fertility changes that have come to your attention since your last session.
If you experience any discomfort, or if there is anything at all that you need during the session, be sure to let me know right away.
I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe any medications. Please see your physician or other qualified health care provider for any medical conditions.
